What This Website Is

This site provides information about District Estate's property buying services and lists investment opportunities. Nothing on it is an offer to buy or sell real estate, a solicitation of an offer, financial advice, legal advice or tax advice.

We Are Not Your Agent

District Estate is a principal buyer. We purchase property for our own account and for resale or assignment. We do not represent you in a real estate transaction and we are not acting as your broker or agent. You are free to consult your own agent, attorney or accountant, and we encourage it for any significant decision.

Offers

Any offer we present is non-binding until both parties sign a written purchase agreement. Offers are based on the information you provide and on our assessment of the property, and may be adjusted or withdrawn if that information turns out to be inaccurate or if an inspection or title search reveals something material.

Property and Investment Information

Information about properties — including price, estimated after-repair value, estimated repair cost, rent estimates, returns and projections — is provided for convenience and is an estimate, not a guarantee. Estimates are not appraisals and are not a substitute for your own due diligence.

If you are buying, you are responsible for independently verifying every figure, the condition of the property and its title before you commit funds. Real estate investment carries risk, including loss of principal. Past results do not predict future results.

Calculators and Tools

Any calculator on this site produces illustrative figures from the assumptions you enter. It does not account for every cost in a real transaction and its output is not a projection of actual returns.

Investor Accounts

Investor accounts are granted at our discretion and may require approval. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. Don't share your login, attempt to access areas you aren't authorised to use, scrape the site or interfere with its operation. We may suspend or terminate an account at any time.
